Hitching a Ride?

An elegant blue bike parked outside Joe's Cafe on Market St., with a decorated helmet on the pavement (and a little plastic glass behind, presumably with water for the pooch--?). I stuck around only briefly for a few shots; no further sign of the owner. The little dog did not seem particularly nervous.

Our first warm day since returning from Europe--mid 70s F (ca. 13° C)--such a pleasant change. This is my first view of Joe's.
