A really bad night last night, just couldn't sleep, until gone 4.00 am this morning, which meant I slept in of course.  Sadly this meant I missed by Friday Tai Chi class, and I could do with it right now - oh well!!!

Thank you all so much for your lovely comments regarding yesterday's blips, you are all amazing and I'm so glad I belong to this sight.

I'm not doing too much today, just general chores around the house.  

The Dahlia is from the garden and I just loved it's vibrant colours so decided to darken the background, which was already pretty dark anyway.  Hope you like it.  Shame about the bitten top leaf but that is appropriate for how I feel I suppose!!!
