Summer food

Down to Strichen Park with the dogs this morning.
Good to see the wildflower meadow in bloom.
The extra is my food tip for today.
Fresh strawberries cut up and added to some cornflakes.
Mix them up, add milk and sugar to taste.
A lovely afternoon snack.
