Well, I've made it to another weekend.  HURRAH!

Some good discussions with my team, I love them to bits.  It would be the thing that would hurt me the most, is not being here to see them grow and develop into the people that I know they will be.

My discussion ;) went well.  Who wouldn't want to sit on the board right?

As I type this Norrie is losing, hopefully he can turn it around.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  Good discussions with my team
