Dogwood

I blipped these dogwood stems last year. Today I was struck by the tufts of lime green shoots sprinkled amongst the red.

I was on my way from the bank (where I discovered that a suspicious trio of items on my statement were indeed fraudulent) and the supermarket ( where I bought the ingredients for bread and butter pudding which I was to make for the Alpha course meal at church). Both visits had satisfactory outcomes!
