Silage production.

How many tractors does it take to clear a silage field. One to cut the grass (yesterday). Then, one to fluff it up, two to roll them into bales and one to go around putting the bales up on their flat side so they do not roll away. The whole field cleared in a couple of days.
I shifted umpteen barrows of sand and gravel to finish a path, grouted the paving slabs I laid yesterday and cut the grass. Ellen had a leisurely swim at Stobo Castle. Just saying.
