What a waste

Frozen cannelloni. Thought I’d put it in warmish water so as not to crack the dish when it went in the oven.
Later on I threw it all up. I could hardly stand up. Not a good feeling.
I reckon I’d eaten some dodgy roasted almonds from Lidl earlier.
Feeling better now.
Not buying any more Lidl almonds.
