I am the winner!

Today B decided that mummy's melon was far more interesting than his own food, so we decided to share

The two pieces of melon that he had provided more entertainment than his toys have all day. He seemed determined that mummy's help was not needed with the slippery fruit so a good 15 - 20 minutes was spent chasing it around his tray. When ever B would managed to get hold of it he would try and get it to his mouth and would succeed about 50% of the time.

After a couple of occasions where B had managed to catch the melon, but had lost it before he got it to his mouth, he seemed to declare victory by holding his prize above his head.

It has been a busy day for a small boy - today he had his first ever formal swimming lesson. The lesson was a big success and despite B being the youngest baby in the class by about 6 months there were no tears and lots of smiles, I would have loved to get a couple of photos but with just mummy to manage the small person, it was not to be.
