Summer

The days are finally warming up, the tomatoes in the hot house are showing more fruit. The summer flowers are dotting the gardens and the first butterflies were spotted in our yard yesterday. All vegetables are small still and many of them have been eaten by deer and other critters. We had carrots, garlic, plenty of artichokes, lettuce and daily strawberries. So no reason to complain. In spite of Covid infections that are still going on, social life is picking up. I visited my friend Patti yesterday, and today we will have a little concert in the park that I am looking forward to.
