Balanced

Spotted this sculpture in the water this morning as we walked back after parkrun. I thought it looked quite attractive in the sunlight. The art of rock or stone balancing is a bit controversial - environmentalists worry about soil erosion and the aesthetic effect on the natural landscape. I think in this case, however, that the stones naturally would be moved around by the tides and the sculpture won’t last long anyway.

The extra - I was quite taken by a fellow parkrunner’s tights this morning! She’s more into paddle boarding than running at the moment, so they were quite apt. Very jolly, I thought too!
