FLYING SOLO

I had arranged to meet Ali at McDonalds in Queensferry but he seemed to be a bit navigationally challenged this morning and couldn't find it. To be fair there was a roadworks diversion in place, at least that's his excuse. He got frustrated riding round in circles, and eventually abandoned ship and headed home. After a leisurely coffee, I headed to Haddington to have a look at a new bike shop. After a quick bite to eat, I rode to North Berwick and enjoyed an ice cream at the beach in this beautiful weather. 115 mile round trip, time for wine!
