Une Assiette

Today’s main mission was to visit an old haunt. The Saturday market at Lamalou Les Bains where there is a dedicated Café for oysters. My friend, Pauline, doesn’t like oysters but was happy to join me  in a glass of local wine which goes so well with shellfish, namely Picpoul de Pinet. As it has been three years since my last visit I treated myself to a dozen they were well worth the wait! It’s been very warm today at around 36degrees and even Now as I write this  in the shade of the trees  it is 34° at 7:45p Love it!
