An easier day. The antibiotics seem to be working and the patient made it downstairs mid morning. I washed bedding and dried it on the line in the sunshine.

While I was out I noticed that a few flowers had appeared on the knapweed since I was last in the garden, one of which features in today’s blip.

Something I’ve noticed on recent mornings and not mentioned is the wood pigeon with a taste for wild strawberries. It’s been there on the past 4 mornings having a healthy breakfast around 7 o’clock.
