Over to Southampton this morning, to hand in my aromatherapy coursework. It was a warm and sunny morning so perfect timing for a walk in the woods which surround the study centre. I was then treated to a reflexology treatment for my feet. I’m not sure I’ve ever felt so relaxed! It was much needed.
