Loch Faskally

Loch Faskally is the ideal spot for a bit of paddleboarding. It has great parking, is near the Dam visitor centre for a loo and a Cafe. Close for walking into Pitlochry and is beautiful.

We were going to go yesterday but it was a bit windy but today was ideal. This was the first unveiling on to the water of the board we acquired last summer due to UPS having the worst systems ever.

Set up camp on the grass next to here. Lots of families enjoying the water and having picnics. How summer should be. Temps of 24 which is lovely.

Ben and Paps had 6km paddle on the loch . We headed home around 330 and it was even warmer at 26 in Perth. We sat out in the garden under the brolly with a cool drink. Took mum some food up later and her flat was unbearably hot!!

Salmon broccoli and rice for tea and an episode of NYPD Blue and that was Saturday.
