Ochils

Moved to another station this month, now working out of Alloa. While there may be some benefits in a professional sense by far the most exciting aspect is having the Ochils just up the road.

I'm now able to squeeze in a hill run before or after work without having to set too much time aside. Result!

Up there at 0800 this morning, absolutely roasting by that point already, felt sorry for some crazy folk taking part in Dollar Hill Race later in the afternoon!
