ANZAC Day opening hours

I got a little caught out, as did quite a lot of other people. A certain DIY store didn't open until 1pm today. I sat in the car for 15 minutes and watched a gathering crowd of people waiting for the magical moment when the doors would open and let them in out of the rain.
