Restrictions

I went to visit my cousin in the hospital today. The banner pictured was prominently displayed just inside the main entrance.

I wonder who designed it.  And even more, I wonder who approved it.

Surely the ban on firearms should be mentioned sooner.  And the restriction on sexual harassment might need a better symbol/emoji.
