along the river, then following a tributary upstream looking for dragons and surprised a Roe buck drinking. I was a metre from him before we saw each other. Startled, he leapt up the bank, into the wood and up the hill, barking the whole time. I heard him for a good few minutes as he climbed upwards!
Found Golden ringed dragons and a four spotted chaser but loved these Sand Martin babies, hanging out on the barbed wire fence, as the rest of the flock fed on insects around them!
