Bench With A View

The fields at Springfield Lane are parched. A green and lush expanse just a few weeks ago is now a semi arid wasteland, not improved by the council cutting the grass a couple of weeks ago. Too soon in my opinion.

Temperature today was 30c in the shade of my garden cabin.
