Who ruffled his feathers!!!!

One of the things I admire about birds is that they usually look so well groomed.
But not this one!
I guess he went to the feather-dresser and asked for either:
A punk look
A “dragged through the hedge backward” look
Or a Boris Johnston look
On the other hand, he may well be having a shake-up after a dip in a nearby stream.
