Heatwave madness

Blimey - it’s hot!

I had a free hour at 11.30 and stupidly went out for a run slow jog. I almost expired!

I tried sitting out for a few minutes mid afternoon but it was still unbearable. It’s now almost 7pm and just about ok.

My sisters have been to the hospital with my mum, as they have been all weekend, and her treatment has been stopped. We are still trying to absorb this news. I’m hoping that it is temporary….
