Shuttleworth

We took the boys to see the Shuttleworth Collection today and goodness knows why we chose one of the hottest days of the year.  P was in his element looking at, amongst others, triplanes, biplanes, Austin Seven cars, motor bikes and best of all were the Second World War planes especially the black Lysander which was used by the SOE.  Everything was in beautiful condition and apparently all these old planes still fly on Event Days.  Of course the boys and P want to see this so another trip up the A1, a date in the diary but please let it be cooler.

Fantastic gardens and grounds covering many acres but it was just too hot to see it all.
