Busy day working my way through a long list of medical phone calls, chasing various matters. Four weeks ago Mum’s oncologist said he would refer her to our local hospice. Today I phoned the hospice to see why we hadn’t heard anything; the hospital hadn’t made the referral! Kicking myself for not chasing this earlier...
