Amazed how much and how far Missy can swim. She's gotten very used to being in the water with me now, and even attempted a mid lake cuddle. I'll be buying a rash vest lol.

Productive day on behind the scenes Wellness Walks stuff. 

Also spent a goodly while losing myself in the vegetable garden. Sometimes I yearn for a simpler life, but Mrs IttH refuses to live in a cabin the woods. She's the wise one in the team.
