Today we went to see my son in law's family in Shoreham where we had a barbeque. We then went down to the beach for a swim and some paddleboarding (the family not me that is!). 
In the evening my daughter and I went to an outdoor theatre in Brighton which was great especially as the weather has been just beautiful.
