Back to reality

Monday comes round very quickly. Little to report, busy at work, far too warm to fully concentrate and seemed humid all day. Had two short walks to break up the monotony. Blip the only living thing I saw, everyone staying in the shade of their gardens I think 
Seem to have very swollen feet, something I've never suffered from. Assume it's another sign of ageing. Appears the list is long.....;)
