A Fun Day......

The temperatures were a bit cooler.  I got a call from a friend and we made plans to catch up at her house.  Abby was invited.   I called another mutual friend and the rest of the afternoon was spent laughing, chatting, looking at flowers and trying to stay hydrated.
      We decided to go out for dinner.  The consensus was Barbecue and beef.   I had never been to the "Cattlemen and Pig" restaurant.   The barbeque was wonderful.  The beans, cole slaw,  peach cobbler and fresh baked corn bread.    It was all very southern, but incredibly delicious.
      After we all got home a thunder storm came rolling through and left  a lot of water and runoff.   For a Monday, it was terrific and fun, full of laughter.
