Counting Geese?

Since my friend Chuck suggested that this is probably someone who is with the Department of Fish and Wildlife (blipped on 6/21 taking water samples we think) I think he's now checking up on the Canada geese.  It makes me happy to think that someone is watching out for our little waterway.
