Gooseberry Chutney

We're having pretty good Allotment, 'fruit' crops this year - in particular, our gooseberry bush has been *extremely* productive ...

... so: in a first for us - we've made a large batch of gooseberry chutney, which I'm looking forward to sampling in a few weeks time :-)
