Studio tour

The holiday came to a crashing end as we said goodbye to @xtoph1 and Sarah and headed for Dunoon-Gourock ferry.  Then I said goodbye to V, Alexis and Woody and caught the train for Glasgow Central.  I met up with Wendy, our Head of Production and headed in sticky heat over to Edinburgh to visit a couple of studios.  This is a massive one down by the port in Leith where R worked last year filming The Rig for Amazon.  It’s just finished another big Amazon shoot and is currently empty.   I like this shot as the guy expansively gestures showing us around.  

Back to Glasgow via another studio midway across where two big shows are shooting…the sets are up but one is mothballed between seasons and the other was still out on location.  

Dinner at Eusebi, a fave Italian restaurant and early night in the hotel by the station.
