Home Bird

Been exhausted today. Not sure why. My husband has had a few nights off this week and I've stayed up with him later than my normal bedtime (9pm these days) so suspect that has caught up on me!

Audrey must have sensed my tiredness as we had a tricky morning in town. She went from tired to hungry to hot to tired to hungry to cold....you get the picture.

Wrote it off as a bad lot in the end and jumped in a cab and came home early. But did manage to grab a dress for a friend's wedding I have coming up so it wasn't a completely wasted trip.

Audrey was audibly relieved to get home and yelped with delight as I unlocked the front door. See pic of her in her Jumparoo. She's a home bird like me.

On our way home, we saw Mani from the Stone Roses pushing his twins around in a pram. Even rock stars have to slow down and have kids one day I guess...
