Starcross

Today has been a cloudier day so it hasn't felt quite so hot. We even had a few raindrops although they dried almost before they hit the ground.

I went to Starcross this afternoon and walked out to the pier. The ferry sails across the estuary to Exmouth. I was back to the railway platform (which you have to cross to get to the pier) when I noticed the ferry was leaving so I lined up the camera to catch it as it got free from the other boats. Just then a flock of Canada geese came over so I clicked the shutter. It's a very busy scene but I like the way the frame is chock-full of so much on this occasion.
