Meadowsweet

I went to the shop in Penicuik today, the first time leaving NMB in almost 2 weeks. I worked most of the day and took the boys out for a very quick walk up the road this afternoon.
In hindsight that may have been a bridge too far as had to go back to bed after that and am absolutely shattered again - am sure an early night will sort that out though.

Since my incarceration the meadowsweet has blossomed - going to head back and get some to have a go at making a hydrosol that I think would work well in skincare products
