Avenham Park

Had another bus adventure with Kate. We caught the bus to Preston and had a lovely walk round Avenham Park. We took a picnic so sat looking at the river eating it. We walked through the lovely Japanese garden which reminded me of a Monet with the bridge and water lilies. A lovely cup of tea before walking back for the bus. We called in M and S and I bought a lovely long, green, flowered dress. She tells me I look pregnant in it. (I cant help my belly!!!but I was still wearing my trousers!) I am loving using my bus pass. Had a lovely chicken salad at Kate's then a nice drive home.
