Diamond conference day one

Organiser having covid meant that I was going to need to step up and take on more of the organisational duties for the meeting. This meant after a long day at work coming home briefly to grab some toast and then going in for 7 pm to ensure that the opening talk went well. Post talk we had a drinks reception and again it fell to me to make sure everybody drank up timely and vacated the building by 9:30 p.m. my. I went to bed very tired
