Gatekeeper

Its been another hot day but fairly overcast.  My husband and I decided to visit Aylesbeare Common this morning and see if we could spot any Dartford Warblers.  We took a fairly long route around the edges and then back to the usual area for them but didn't really see any.  There was one maybe but it dropped down too quickly.  We did spot a variety of butterflies on our walk, this small Gatekeeper and a Peacock in the extras as well as Grayling, Ringlet and Meadow Brown.
