Cullen Skink

In Cullen no less!

Cullen Skink is a chowder like soup, smoke haddock, cream, potato etc etc. Most delicious. This is the second best one I have had. The best was in Dornoch. There is a tendency to make it overly rich and creamy, I prefer it a little lighter.
