Liberation Day

Here in Italy is the national holiday to remember the liberation from the nazis in 1945 and fall of the fascist rule. So, to help celebrate the day, we drove into the countryside for a nice lunch at the agriturismo, La Costa, in Perego. CC took her part and was excited to free a bunch of dandelions of their frilly white manes. A good time was had by all and now at home to relax after eating WAY too much.

I feel another day of penitence coming on tomorrow... let's hope the weather holds out!
