The gravel heap.
On part of the land where the newly converted barn sits is the remains of a mountain of gravel which the original owners, a salad company, were going to be using for watercress beds. Some has been used in the construction of the new garden but most is now leveled and remains in situ.
The main photo shows all the German Chamomile which is growing there and the extra is a close-up.
Back to the old days after work, collecting RF from her train after she'd worked in London for the day. Was hoping to see the full moon tonight but it's rising too late.
