Hadrian's wall

On 8th June 2022 we asked blippers to contribute to this journal by submitting photographs from the locations that Lorna mentions in her war diary. In total Lorna makes reference to 127 locations worldwide, all of which can be identified from the interactive map that Bruce has created as part of the P2P project.

walkingMarj has contributed this shot of Hadrian's Wall. Lorna mentioned the wall in her diary entry of December 3rd 1939. You can hear this in episode 4 of the Diary of the war podcast series.
