Jimmy Shand

A rogue flower has appeared amongst my sweet peas. This is Sir Jimmy Shand, a stripped Spencer-type sweet pea, named after the Scottish accordion player. Stripped sweet peas have mottled colour which is only on one side of the petals plus a picotee edge. I grew these four or five years ago so either its self sown or it somehow got into the packet of semi-dwarf Carnival Parade mix that I've grown this year. Either way its very welcome.
