Sunflower Photobombed

The same sunflower I photographed last week in Loughborough marketplace. I'd warned the lady that I was photographing the flower and not her, but she insisted on being  in the photo.

Basil was sick in the Berber Shop. He must have eaten something that disagreed with him, but what? He's been off-colour all day.

Len and I are going to Livio's tonight for Hasta la Pasta. Basil is coming too. I hope he'll be alright.

Enjoyed an excellent gluten free almond croissant for breakfast from Manna Dew, who I can heartily recommend. I warmed it up in the air fryer, which worked perfectly.
