Got out early for a ride before it got too hot. Rode with Georgia who took Jack. Instead of sunflowers around the edge of the field,  this year we have this lovely blue flower. Unsure what it is. 

Then work - all the dogs were good. Still struggling round with the car - hopefully the part for the van will come tomorrow. 

After work I met a lovely lady at the yard for a cranial sacral therapy session on Buddy as he's still quite 'stuck' up front  She gave me some exercises to do with him to help loosen him up before a ride and also some to do afterwards. All very interesting.
