Does my bottom look big in this?

Just picked up Lily from the vets where she's been for more teeth extractions. I think there are about 2 teeth left now. 
She always takes a while to get over anaesthetics so they kept her in till she seemed a bit brighter. They hadn't been able to get her to eat but she's just polished off a bowlful now she's home. Obviously doesn't like hospital food ;-)
