Princes Street Gardens

A free day today so I spontaneously decided to visit Edinburgh. I spent most of the morning drifting through Stockbridge and the Botanic Gardens and the afternoon in the National Gallery. William MacTaggart’s The Bait Gatherers always makes me feel nostalgic about Machrihanish, I think the boys appreciate how amazing it was to grow up there, even though they couldn’t wait to leave the place.
The blip is taken from the Gallery’s terrace, the grass looks quite brown which it wasn’t.
