Sunflowers

Had to take a photo of these sunflowers and send it to Fifi.

When she was young she always drew sunflowers. Any wee note I got from her always had her signature sunflower on it! Happy memories!

An extremely busy day. Started weeding along the main road at the back of our street. It must have set off a chain reaction because before long other residents were out trimming hedges , weeding etc!

Fed and watered the Community garden. Everything is so dry. We have to carry full watering cans across the road every night and it can be tricky with the traffic .

All in all a good day. We should sleep well tonight.
