Summer next week?

More sunshine, more flowers (blossom) and my favourite London landmark. Well joint favourite with the Gherkin (must blip that sometime!).

It will be May next week - we haven't had much of a Spring, but the last few days of warm sunshine have helped make up for that. D has enjoyed time in the garden, in the St James' Park sandpit, by the river and in our local park/playground. The cats are very happy to have some warm and dry weather to go out in, and I'm excited to be coming up to a month with two bank holidays! Plus I have some leave to go and see my new niece in Scotland - here's hoping the weather holds for that.
