... Cuckmere Valley and Friston Forest from the coast path. I love to cours and the big sky! Great hr and half of tennis this morning then a hike (blip and extra...like it in mono too- what do you think?) I thought I was going to a 'wildlife afternoon' but it is next week.... grrr. Returning to Seaford, I had a lovely swim. This evening a G&T with our daughter to welcome the weekend and a Skype with family in France.
