Strawberries and Cream

I remembered just in time that the beautiful strawberries our neighbour across the road brought to our door had not been photographed. Our young plants are only producing a small handful every couple of days, so it was a treat to eat bowls of luscious strawberries for dessert.

Today they followed Ajo Blanco, P's cucumber, garlic and almond iced soup, which is delicious, creamy and very refreshing and was made with the first two cucumbers from the garden.
